Keri Ocean Rodger - Owner/Office Manager
Keri always knew she would be an entrepreneur. Her skills as an artist are offset by her talent for customer service and organization. She started in One World in 1993 as something just to do and now its her life.
Quinn Davis - Teacher
Quinn has a style about him that brings people to ease. His child like nature and years of team coaching youth gives him an updated style in the classroom. His passion for the drum keeps him busy every night of the week.
Ian Dickau - Teacher & Drum Circle Facilitator
An old friend to the drum. Ian first came to the drum through the kit. Having met Roger oh so many years ago the two started many bands and played their drums. Ian's passion for the drum led him to the Ashiko then to the Djembe. And now we are pleased that he has joined the ranks of the teachers of One World.
Trudy Hipwell -Teacher
Trudy's passion for the drum extends back in years. She has become one of Calgary's best female percussionists. Trudy studies by invitation to study with Master drummer Mamady Keita and brings her knowledge back to the One World community.
David Kovatch - Event Facilitator
As a boy Dave dreamed that when he grew up he would be a music teacher. As life happens Dave never stopped playing music but he did not become a music teacher. Well not till now anyways. Now Dave is teaching drumming and living out his dream - to be a music teacher.
Andie Shaeffer - Teacher
We are pleased to welcome Andie back to One World. She left as a student and has returned to us as a teacher. Having traveled to Africa to study with Famadou Konate we are pleased to have her join us and share her passion and understanding of rhythm.
Daniel Scheidt - Drum Circle Facilitator
Daniel is a great guy. If you have sat is a circle with Daniel you know this to be true. Though he struggles with his body his love for the drum over takes his body and amazing rhythm follows.
Michael Therriault - Drum Circle Facilitator
Michael is the your go to man. He has been irreplaceable at One World. Wether it be drum circles, unloading containers or helping setup recitals Michaels smily face is always there.
Chad Williamson - Store Manaagement
Our newest member to the One World family is Chad. A long time musician playing in bands all over Alberta. We are excited to have him on board.
